Contact Personnel. Promptly after the Effective Date, each of Supplier and RJRT shall designate primary contact individuals for purposes of this Agreement. Those individuals shall have responsibility for communicating and receiving information regarding all matters that are relevant pursuant to the relationship between Supplier and RJRT in accordance with this Agreement.
