Fees and Expenses of Fact-Finding. All fees and expenses of fact-finding proceedings shall be shared equally by the Board and the Association. If either party requests to have a transcript of the hearing prepared, that party shall be responsible for the cost of said transcript and shall furnish a copy to the fact-finder. The other party shall be responsible for the cost of its copy of the transcript, should it desire one.

  • Payment of Fees and Expenses Borrower shall have paid to Lender all fees, charges, and other expenses which are then due and payable as specified in this Agreement or any Related Document.

  • ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND LITIGATION EXPENSES 16. Lead Counsel will apply to the Court for a collective award of attorneys’ fees to Plaintiffs’ Counsel to be paid solely from (and out of) the Settlement Fund. Lead Counsel also will apply to the Court for payment or reimbursement of Litigation Expenses, which may include a request for reimbursement of Lead Plaintiff’s costs and expenses directly related to its representation of the Settlement Class, to be paid solely from (and out of) the Settlement Fund.
