Federation Dues. 1. The Federation shall hold the Board harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, counsel fees or other cost which may arise out of, or be by reason of, the administration or enforcement of the provisions of this section. 2. The Federation shall certify to the Board in writing the current rate of its membership dues. 3. The Board agrees to provide payroll deductions for professional labor organizations as said professional staff members individually and voluntarily authorize said deduction. The deductions will be transmitted to an individual designated by the President of the labor organization.
