Faxes. All fax orders received with an RMA # shall be processed the next business day. Faxed emergency orders must also be called in to verify receipt of faxes.
Faxes. The Union understands that the Employer no longer uses fax machines and does not accept any communication through fax technology.
Faxes. Facsimile (fax) transmission of a signed copy of this Listing Agreement, and retransmission of a signed fax, shall be the same as delivery of any original. If this transaction involves multiple owners, this Listing Agreement may be executed in counterparts.
