Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee (or applicant for employment) with respect to compensation, terms, advancement potential, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such person’s race, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, age, or marital status pursuant to the requirements of Lincoln Municipal Code Chapter 11.08
