Faculty Association Rights. A. The Faculty Association shall have the right to guaranteed payroll deduction of membership dues for the representative employee organization, and the Board shall remit such dues to the authorized Association representative if authorized by the employee. It is the responsibility of the Association to obtain written authorization from faculty members so affected. Dues deductions shall be continuous thereafter and only terminated when the member in question follows the revocation process outlined on the Washington Education Association (WEA) enrollment form. Such deductions shall be remitted as directed by the Association.
