Facilities for Lessee’s Contractors. The Lessee and the Lessee's contractors must provide and, as necessary, negotiate with the Lessor for all temporary services (including, without limitation, electricity, water and telephone services), toilet facilities, hoisting facilities, lunch rooms and other amenities, and the carting away of rubbish which the Lessee or its contractors may require, and must pay to the Lessor on demand any expenses which the Lessor may thereby incur.
