Common use of Facilities and Amenities Clause in Contracts

Facilities and Amenities. The Allottee shall use and enjoy the facilities and amenities meant to be used and enjoyed in terms of the said Facilities Sharing Agreement in common with the Transferees of the adjoining project. The membership and the right to use the club facilities shall always be subject to payment of charges, fees, taxes and observance of regulations as framed with regard thereto. It is clarified that certain facilities, areas and installations in the Club shall be made available on a pay and use basis.
