Common use of Exterior Walls Clause in Contracts

Exterior Walls. Landlord’s maintenance to the exterior precast walls shall include the application of a stain coating approximately one (1) time every five (5) years. In addition, the exterior brick surfaces shall be coated with a waterproofing material such as Prime-A-Pel or an equivalent substitute at least one (1) time every five (5) years. This shall be a common expense and Tenant shall pay its proportionate share.
