A "Floors" clause sets a minimum threshold or limit for a particular variable, such as interest rates, payments, or pricing, within a contract. In practice, this means that even if the referenced variable falls below the specified floor, the contract will treat it as if it has reached the minimum value. Floors. (a) Provide new anti-static VCT, locations to be determined by Lessee.

Floors. All floors will be machine-scrubbed, using a germicidal solution, detergent and water. After scrubbing, floors will be rinsed with clean water and dried. All water marks will be removed from walls, partitions, and fixtures.
