Common use of Extension of Recall Rights Clause in Contracts

Extension of Recall Rights. Employees who have one year or more of continuous service as of May 31, 1993 and are laid off between May 31, 1993 and May 31,1996, shall maintain recall rights until May 31, 1998. Employees who take severance pay will automatically waive recall rights.
