Termination of Membership You may terminate your membership by giving us written notice or by withdrawing your minimum required membership share(s), if any, and closing all your accounts. You may be denied services for causing a loss to the Credit Union, or you may be expelled for any reason as allowed by applicable law.
Expiration of the Term This Agreement shall terminate automatically at the expiration of the Period of Employment unless the parties enter into a written agreement extending Employee's employment, except for the continuing obligations of the parties as specified hereunder.

Expiration of Offering Period Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if NCPS shall not have received a Minimum Offering Notice on or before the Expiration Date, NCPS shall, within three (3) business days after such Expiration Date and without any further instruction or direction from Broker or Issuer, return to each Subscriber, by ACH, the Cash Investment made by such Subscriber.
Expiration of Agreement Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any claim or grievance arising hereunder may be processed through the grievance procedure until resolution.
Term of Agreement; Termination The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and such term and this Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of (i) the Effective Time, and (ii) the date on which the Merger Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms. Expiration of Employment Term Unless the parties otherwise agree in writing, continuation of Executive’s employment with the Company following the expiration of the Employment Term shall be deemed an employment at-will and shall not be deemed to extend any of the provisions of this Agreement and Executive’s employment may thereafter be terminated at will by either Executive or the Company; provided that the provisions of Sections 6, 7 and 8 of this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement or Executive’s termination of employment hereunder.
Expiration of Term During the Initial Term or Renewal Term, whichever currently is in effect, should either party exercise its right to terminate, all out-of-pocket expenses or costs associated with the movement of records and material will be borne by the Fund. Additionally, the Transfer Agent reserves the right to charge for any other reasonable expenses associated with such termination.
License Term and Termination Unless otherwise specified, any license granted is perpetual, provided however that if Customer fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, HP may terminate the license upon written notice. Immediately upon termination, or in the case of a limited-term license, upon expiration, Customer will either destroy all copies of the software or return them to HP, except that Customer may retain one copy for archival purposes only.
