Return Keys. Return to Art Works all keys or key fobs issued to Member. If Member does not return all keys or key fobs within 24 hours of access being revoked, Art Works may change the locks and/or deactivate the key fobs and charge reasonable costs to Member.
Return Keys. At the termination of tenancy, lessee shall return all keys to the lessor. Lessee shall be deemed to remain in possession of the property until the keys are returned to lessor, unless the lessee has abandoned the property;
