Existing Indentures Sample Clauses

Existing Indentures. No consent with respect to the execution, delivery or performance of this Amendment is required under the Existing Indentures.

Existing Indentures. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, none of the Collateral, the Pledged Collateral or the Article 9 Collateral shall include any “Voting Stock” of any “Significant Subsidiary” within the meaning of Section 504 of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 5.04 of the 2003 Indenture and Section 4.04 of the 2009 Indenture, as in effect on the date hereof.

Existing Indentures. Borrower has delivered to Syndication Agent and Administrative Agent complete and correct copies of each Existing Indenture and of all exhibits and schedules thereto.

Existing Indentures. Syndication Agent and Administrative Agent shall each have received a fully executed or conformed copy of each Existing Indenture and any documents executed in connection therewith.

There is no Default or Event of Default under either of the Indentures (as such terms are defined in the respective Indentures).
