Existing Businesses. Nothing in the Transaction Documents shall prevent any Transaction Party from carrying on its own business in the manner which it thinks fit, unless, by so doing, it would render itself unable to perform its obligations under the Transaction Documents in the manner contemplated in the Transaction Documents.
