Permitted announcements. Without limiting the foregoing, no press release, news release, media release, press statement or comment, social media communication, or other similar public announcement or communication related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby will be issued by Seller, any Member or any of their respective affiliates without the prior written approval of Buyer.
