Existing Accommodations Sample Clauses
The Existing Accommodations clause defines the status and handling of any accommodations, such as furniture, fixtures, or equipment, that are already present at a property at the time an agreement is made. It typically specifies whether these items will remain for the use of the new occupant, be removed by the previous occupant, or be subject to inspection and repair. This clause ensures clarity regarding the condition and ownership of existing items, preventing disputes over responsibility and expectations between parties.
Existing Accommodations. Every accommodation in effect on September 30, 2004, shall continue in effect during the term of this Master Contract. The accommodations in effect as of October 1, 1996, are found in the Appendix attached to the Agreement on Master Contract Issues that was executed by the parties on November 21, 1996, and became effective as of October 1, 1996.
