Caribbean Basin Initiative Agreement. The Caribbean Basin Initiative agreement attached as Appendix E shall be extended for the term of this Master Contract. After the second year of this Master Contract, USMX and the ILA shall review the Caribbean Basin Initiative to determine its continuing efficacy.
