CONTINUATION OF EXISTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1. All terms and conditions of the 2004 Master Contract in effect on September 30, 2009, except as modified herein, and all terms and conditions of all current local contracts in effect on September 30, 2009, that apply to container and m-m operations shall remain in effect through September 30, 2012. 2. This Agreement satisfies all issues between the Parties and shall go into full force and effect upon ratification by the Parties.
