EXHIBIT REVISIONS. If updates to this exhibit are necessary to accurately reflect the subsidiary information contained in this exhibit, the Customer shall provide a revised Exhibit B to BPA. This revised Exhibit B shall be effective upon receipt by BPA.
EXHIBIT REVISIONS. 27.1 Unless otherwise noted herein, Exhibits to this Operating Agreement may be modified by the Engineering and Operating Committee if agreed to by an Engineering and Operating Committee representative of each Participant in writing (excluding changes to Exhibit J which does not require written approval). ' 27.2 The applicable Operating Agent shall submit each revised exhibit to the Engineering and Operating Committee for its review and approval. Within thirty (30) days after approval ofsuch revised exhibit(s) by the Engineering and Operating Committee, NV Energy shall file such revised exhibit(s) with FERC for approval and distribute copies thereofto each Participant. ’ 27.3 The effective date of a revised exhibit shall he the FERC approved effective date for the revised exhibit(s). Revised cost responsibility percentages shall be reflected in invoices following die effective date of the revised exhibits).
EXHIBIT REVISIONS. (1) Revision of Exhibits A through H Except as otherwise expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement, the provisions of Exhibits A through H may be revised only by the mutual written agreement of the Parties here to subsequent to the date of execution of this Agreement. (2) Revision of Exhibit I Exhibit I may be revised by BPA in the same manner and under the same terms and conditions for revision of the use-of-facilities charge under the IR Transmission Agreement, as amended or replaced, except as limited by the terms and conditions of Exhibit I.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.
