Executive - HOOPP Duties. Upon request of the Association President, HOOPP shall review the volume of work required of an individual member of the Association Executive, taking into consideration the time she is permitted to leave her normal HOOPP duties to attend to Association duties. If, on such review, HOOPP considers that an adjustment of the volume of work required of such an individual is necessary, HOOPP will act accordingly. In making such a decision HOOPP will not act in an arbitrary fashion.

  • NON-TEACHING DUTIES A. The Committee and the Association acknowledge that a teacher's primary responsibility is to teach and that his/her energy should be utilized to this end. The Committee and the Association recognize that teacher aides and clerical employees are useful and necessary in order to implement this principle.

  • Civic Duties An employee who is late for work as a result of duties as a volunteer fire fighter or licensed ambulance attendant or licensed rescue squad attendant, shall be granted use of annual leave and/or accrued compensatory leave to cover the period of lateness, provided that performance of said duties may be verified by the Employer.

  • Extra Duties The Trustee shall be entitled to refuse to approve any Substituted Obligor if, pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Substituted Obligor, the assumption by the Substituted Obligor of its obligations hereunder imposes responsibilities on the Trustee over and above those which have been assumed under this Trust Deed.
