Executive Administrators. Selection of the Executive Administrators is the duty and responsibility of the University Board. Selection of the President is the duty and responsibility of the University Board. It is recognized, however, that such persons should be selected only after wide consultation within the University community. Therefore, before making a permanent appointment of an Executive Administrator, the University Board, (or the University Board in the case of the President) will establish a Search Committee within the University.

  • Exchange Administrator The entity selected by Freddie Mac to act as its exchange administrator for the Exchangeable Notes and the MAC Notes, which as of the Closing Date is U.S. Bank.

  • Executive Board In addition to the rules in Section 6.2, the following rules shall apply:

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties.
