Common use of EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS Clause in Contracts

EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS. 10.1. The Purchaser shall be entitled to the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Exclusive Use Area (where applicable), subject to the provisions of the Act, the Rules and this Agreement.
