EVIDENCE OF RESPONSIBILITY. Upon the request of the SCCOE, a consultant whose proposal is under consideration for award may be required to submit promptly to the SCCOE's satisfaction evidence showing the consultant's professional licenses or certificates, financial resources, experience, and organization for the performance of the contract.
EVIDENCE OF RESPONSIBILITY. Any vendor submitting a bid will be required to furnish evidence in writing that such vendor (a) maintains a permanent place of business, (b) has adequate equipment, finances and personnel to furnish satisfactorily and expeditiously any equipment, goods, and services requested, and (c) is authorized by the manufacturer of any proposed equipment and, as applicable, by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and other applicable government bodies, to provide necessary equipment, leases, services and warranties for the items or services proposed. In addition, vendors are required to conform to all requirements of this document and furnish completely and truthfully all requested information.

  • Acceptance of Responsibility x. Defendant has clearly demonstrated a recognition and affirmative acceptance of personal responsibility for his criminal conduct.
