Common use of Evening Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift Premium. All employees who are scheduled to work twenty-two (22) hours or more per week, shall receive sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour, in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay, for each half hour worked between 6:30 p.m. and the end of the shift. Premium pay for the evening shift shall not be added to the employees’ hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime under Article 6.01.

Premium Evening shift premium pay for the evening shift shall not be added to the employees’ an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime under Article 6.01overtime.

All employees Any employee who are scheduled is required and authorized to work twenty-two (22) at any time between the hours or more per week, of 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. the following day shall receive sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour, be paid an evening shift premium in addition to their his or her regular hourly rate of pay, pay in the amount of fifty ($0.50) cents per hour for each half such hour worked between 6:30 p.m. and the end majority of the shiftan hour worked. Premium Evening shift premium pay for the evening shift shall not be added to the employees’ an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime under Article 6.01overtime.
