Evaluation Subcommittees. Each candidate shall be assigned a four (4)-member Evaluation Subcommittee selected as provided below and approved by the Tenure Review Committee. The Evaluation Subcommittee shall be responsible for the continuing evaluation of the candidate until s/he is either granted tenure or is no longer employed at the College. Evaluation will be directed toward guiding the candidate’s professional development and improving his/her teaching and overall effectiveness with a goal of achieving tenure.
