Common use of Evaluation of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Evaluation of Contractor. Pursuant to Public Contract Code sections 10367 and 10369 within sixty (60) days after the completion of this Agreement, the State shall complete a written evaluation of Contractor’s performance under this Agreement. If this Agreement is a contract for consultant services and if Contractor did not satisfactorily perform the work, a copy of the evaluation will be sent to the DGS Office of Legal Services, and to the Contractor within fifteen (15) working days of the completion of the evaluation in accordance with Public Contract Code section 10371.
