Evaluation Instrument. At least ten (10) school days prior to the implementation of the proposed Evaluation Instrument, the District will provide the Association with a copy of the proposed form and meet with the Association to obtain its questions and comments regarding the proposed Evaluation Instrument. After the meeting with the Association, the District will have the exclusive right to determine the content of the final Evaluation Instrument.
