In the event of an error on the pay cheque of an employee of forty dollars ($40.00) gross earnings or more, attributable to the Company, the Company will correct this error on the working day following notice, provided that the employee notified management of the error by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time. In the absence of such a request, the error is corrected on the next pay cheque of the employee. In the case of any error inferior to the above- mentioned amount, the Company shall correct the said error on the next pay cheque of the employee.
