Equivalent Wage Requirement. Whenever in the performance of the Contract any employee of the Supplier performs work of the same or a similar nature to work for which a wage is specified in the collective agreement between the District and the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 2011 (the “Collective Agreement”) the Supplier shall, as required by Article 34:01 of the Collective Agreement, pay such employee a wage not less than the wage specified for such work in the Collective Agreement, and the Supplier shall require any permitted subcontractor to do the same. In addition to the other audit obligations under the Contract, the Supplier shall provide access to related records including, without limitation, all wages paid to the Contractor’s employees and subcontractors to verify compliance with this provision.

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.
