Environment Audit and Report i. The SPC shall, within three months of the Effective Date procure that an independent expert [appointed in consultation with and acceptable to AUTHORITY] undertakes a full environmental audit of the Dry Port and provide a copy of such audit to AUTHORITY.

  • Inspections and Reports 2.1 The department may inspect, in the manner and at reasonable times it considers appropriate, all the contractor's facilities and activities under this contract.

The Contractor (and Contractor’s suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, insurance agents and other agents) shall maintain and the OWNER shall have the right to examine books, records, documents, accounting procedures and practices and any other supporting evidence deemed necessary by the OWNER to substantiate compliance with the terms of this Contract, including, but not limited to, costs and charges of whatever nature related to, incurred, and/or anticipated to be incurred, in the performance of this Contract. Such right of examination shall include inspection at all reasonable times of the Contractor’s office or facilities or such parts thereof as may be engaged in the performance of this Contract, and reasonable access to and cooperation by all Contractor personnel who have worked on or have knowledge related to the performance of this Contract.

  • Compliance with Audit and Reporting Requirements; Maintenance of Records A. The Grantee shall submit to an audit of funds paid through this Grant Agreement and shall make all books, accounting records and other documents available at all reasonable times during the term of this Grant Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after final payment for inspection by the State or its authorized designee.   • Information and Reports The contractor will provide all information and reports required by the Acts, the Regulations, and directives issued pursuant thereto and will permit access to its books, records, accounts, other sources of information, and its facilities as may be determined by the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration to be pertinent to ascertain compliance with such Nondiscrimination Acts And Authorities and instructions.   • Required Reports (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses. One copy shall be submitted with each billing statement and one copy shall be submitted to the address included in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements.

  • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, County shall have free access at all proper times or until the expiration of four (4) years after the furnishing of services to such records, and the right to examine and audit the same and to make transcripts therefrom, and to inspect all data, documents, proceedings, and activities pertaining to this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement. The costs and obligations incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith shall be borne by the Contractor.
