Entire Agreement; Incorporation of Exhibits. (a) This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions and agreements among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, other than the Confidentiality Agreement, which shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, and contains, together with the Confidentiality Agreement, the sole and entire agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Entire Agreement; Incorporation of Exhibits. (a) Subject to paragraph (c) below, this Agreement supersedes all prior discussions and agreements among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, other than the Confidentiality Agreement, which shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, and contains, together with the Confidentiality Agreement, the sole and entire agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.

No prior drafts of this Agreement and no words or phrases from any such prior drafts shall be admissible into evidence in any action, suit or other proceeding involving this Agreement.

Entire Agreement; Incorporation of Exhibits. 32.1. This Sublease (together with the Exhibits referred to in Section 32.2 ---- hereof which are hereby incorporated herein by reference) contains the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee relative to the Sublet Premises, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, understandings and agreements, written or oral, between the parties. This Sublease shall not be amended or modified, and no waiver of any provision hereof shall be effective, unless and until set forth in a written instrument authorized and executed with the same formality as this Sublease.
Entire Agreement; Incorporation of Exhibits. (a) Except with respect to the Confidentiality Agreement between Equity Group Investments, L.L.C. and the Company, dated as of February 12, 2002, and the Confidentiality Agreement between Xxxxxxx Management Corporation and the Company, dated as of February 13, 2002, which the parties thereto expressly hereby acknowledge are not amended or modified hereby and remain in full force and effect in accordance with their respective terms, this Agreement supersedes all prior discussions and agreements among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and contains the sole and entire agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.

This Lease (together with the Exhibits referred to in Paragraph XXXII(B) hereof which are hereby incorporated herein by reference) contains the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee relative to the Demised Premises, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, understandings and agreements, written or oral, between the parties. This Lease shall not be amended or modified, and no waiver of any provision hereof shall be effective, unless and until set forth in a written instrument authorized and executed with the same formality as this Lease.
