Notice of Termination by Holders. Termination of this Agreement by the Holders in accordance with provisions of Section 7.01 hereof shall be effective upon delivery to the Company of a notice thereof signed by both (i) Holders representing a majority of the aggregate principal amount of the Old Notes held by the Holders, measured as of the date of this Agreement and (ii) at least two of the Holders.

  • Notice of Termination Events Neither any Purchaser Agent nor the Administrator shall be deemed to have knowledge or notice of the occurrence of any Termination Event or Unmatured Termination Event unless the Administrator and the Purchaser Agents have received notice from any Purchaser, the Servicer or the Seller stating that a Termination Event or an Unmatured Termination Event has occurred hereunder and describing such Termination Event or Unmatured Termination Event. Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional compensation or damages as a result of termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Paragraph 12(c).
