Common use of Employment Status at Conclusion of Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Employment Status at Conclusion of Leave of Absence. except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this contract, any faculty granted a leave of absence shall be treated by the Board upon termination of such leave in the same manner as though such faculty member had not been on leave of ab- sence, provided only that all of the conditions of such leave have been complied with by the faculty member.
