Employment for Term. The Company hereby agrees to employ Employee and Employee hereby accepts such employment with the Company for the period of 36 months beginning on the Effective Date. The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall continue until the termination of Employee’s employment in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The termination of Employee’s employment under this Agreement shall end the Term but shall not terminate Employee’s or the Company’s other obligations that are intended to survive the termination of this Agreement (including without limitation, the payments under Section 7 and 8 and Employee’s obligations under Section 9).

The Company hereby continues to employ Schein and Schein hereby accepts such continued employment with the Company for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending December 31, 2010 (the "Initial Term"), or upon the earlier termination of the Term pursuant to Section 6. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional one-year periods (the "Renewal Terms;" together with the Initial Term, the "Term") unless either party notifies the other in writing of its intention not to so renew this Agreement no less than 90 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term. The termination of Schein's employment under this Agreement shall end the Term but shall not terminate Schein's or the Company's other obligations that are intended to survive the termination of this Agreement (including without limitation, the payments under Section 7 and 8 and Schein’s obligations under Section 9).
Employment for Term. The Corporation hereby employs Xxxxx and Xxxxx hereby accepts employment with the Corporation for the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on January 1, 2000 (the "Initial Term), or upon the earlier termination of the Term pursuant to Section 6. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional one-year periods (the "Renewal Terms;" together with the Initial Term, the "Term") unless either party notifies the other in writing of its intention not to so renew this Agreement no less than 60 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term. The termination of Xxxxx'x employment under this Agreement shall end the Term but shall not terminate Xxxxx'x or the Corporation's other agreements in this Agreement, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
Employment for Term. The Corporation hereby employs Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx hereby accepts employment with the Corporation for the period (the "Term") beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31, 1997, or upon the earlier termination of the Term pursuant to Section 6. The Term will automatically be extended for an additional year upon the completion of additional private financing(s) of at least an aggregate of $500,000 following the completion of the Corporation's initial private financing. The termination of the Term for any reason shall end Xxxxxx'x employment under this Agreement, but shall not terminate Xxxxxx'x or the Corporation's other agreements in this Agreement.
Employment for Term. The Corporation hereby employs Konatich and Konatich hereby accepts employment with the Corporation for the period beginning on January 19, 2000 and ending December 31, 2002 (the "Initial Term"), or upon the earlier termination of the Term pursuant to Section 6. The termination of Konatich's employment under this Agreement shall end the Term but shall not terminate Konatich's or the Corporation's other agreements in this Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein.
Employment for Term. The Company employs VP, and VP hereby accepts employment as an Executive Officer of the Company, beginning on September 25, 2008, and renewing automatically on an annual basis until terminated pursuant to Section 7 below (the “Term”).
Employment for Term. The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, beginning on June 2, 1999, and renewing automatically on an annual basis until terminated pursuant to Section 7 below (the "TERM").
Employment for Term. The Company hereby employs Laves and Laves hereby accepts employment with the Company for the period beginning on January 1, 1997, and ending on December 31, 1997 (the "TERM"), or upon the earlier termination of the Term pursuant to Section 6 below. The end of the Term for any reason shall end Laves's employment under this Agreement, but shall not terminate Laves' or the Company's other obligations in this Agreement.
Employment for Term. The Corporation hereby employs Hruby and Hruby hereby accepts employment with the Corporation for xxx periox xxxinning on the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31, 2002 (the "Initial Term"), or upon the earlier termination of the Term pursuant to Section 7. The foregoing notwithstanding, Corporation shall have the right to terminate Hruby's employment under this Agreement upon 180 days written notixx xxx such termination will be treated as Termination with Cause pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement. The termination of Hruby's employment under this Agreement shall end the Term but shaxx xxx terminate Hruby's or the Corporation's other agreements in this Agreement, exxxxx xs otherwise provided in this Agreement. Paragraph 3 shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
