Amendment or Modification; Waiver. No provision of this Agreement may be amended or waived, unless such amendment or waiver is agreed to in writing, signed by the Executive and by a duly authorized officer of the Company. No waiver by any party hereto of any breach by another party hereto of any condition or provision of this Agreement to be performed by such other party shall be deemed a waiver of a similar or dissimilar condition or provision at the same time, any prior time or any subsequent time.
Amendment or Modification; Waiver. This Agreement may not be amended unless agreed to in writing by Executive and the Company. No waiver by either party of any breach of this Agreement will be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach.

No provisions of this Agreement may be modified, waived or discharged unless such waiver, modification or discharge is agreed to in writing signed by the Executive and such officer of the Company as may be specifically designated by the Board or its Compensation Committee. No waiver by either party hereto at any time of any breach by the other party hereto of, or compliance with, any condition or provision of this Agreement to be performed by such other party shall be deemed a waiver of similar or dissimilar provisions or conditions at the same or at any prior or subsequent time. No agreements or representations, oral or otherwise, express or implied, with respect to the subject matter hereof have been made by either party which are not set forth expressly in Agreement.

No provision of this Executive Agreement may be amended, modified or waived unless such amendment, modification or waiver shall be authorized by the Boards of Director of the Company or any authorized committees of the Boards of Directors and shall be agreed to in writing, signed by the Executive and by an officer of the Company thereunto duly authorized. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Executive Agreement, no waiver by either party hereto of any breach by the other party hereto of any condition or provision of this Executive Agreement to be performed by such other party shall be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach of such condition or provision or a waiver of a similar or dissimilar provision or condition at the same or at any prior or subsequent time.

No provision of this Agreement may be amended, modified or waived unless such amendment, modification or waiver is authorized by Employer and is agreed to in writing, signed by Employee and by an officer of Employer (other than Employee) thereunto duly authorized. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, no waiver by any Party hereto of any breach by any other Party hereto of any condition or provision of this Agreement to be performed by such other Party shall be deemed a waiver of a similar or dissimilar provision or condition at the same or at any prior or subsequent time nor shall the receipt or acceptance of Employee's employment be deemed a waiver of any condition or provision hereof.
Amendment or Modification; Waiver. No provision of this Agreement may be amended or waived unless such amendment or waiver is agreed to in writing, signed by the Executive and by a duly authorised officer of the Company who shall supply the Executive with evidence of such authority.
Amendment or Modification; Waiver. This Agreement may be amended, modified, superseded, canceled, renewed or extended, and the terms or covenants hereof may be waived only by a written instrument executed on behalf of the Company.
