Common use of Employment Deemed Continuous Clause in Contracts

Employment Deemed Continuous. ‌ The service of an employee who is absent from work in accordance with this article shall be considered continuous for the purpose of Articles 18 (Vacation Entitlement) and 25 (Health Care Plans).
