Common use of Employees with Regular Status Clause in Contracts

Employees with Regular Status. (i) Where the provisions of clause 30.5 do not result in the assignment of a regular full- or part-time Employee whose position is being transferred or eliminated to another position through placement or displacement that Employee shall be laid off and the reinstatement provisions of this article shall apply.

Employees with Regular Status. 26.3 (ia) Where the provisions of clause 30.5 26.1 do not result in the assignment of a regular full- or part-time Employee whose position is being transferred eliminated, or eliminated who is displaced in accordance with Step 2, Step 4, Step 5, or Step 7, to another position through placement or displacement displacement, that Employee shall be laid off and the reinstatement provisions of this article shall apply.
