Employee’s Right to Refuse Unsafe Work. No employee shall be required to work under hazardous conditions or with unsafe equipment that would be hazardous to him/her or to his/her co-workers and/or a patient’s health and safety. Employees who become aware of hazardous conditions and/or unsafe equipment must notify the on-duty supervisor as soon as possible. Employees who violate Company safety rules and regulations may be subject to corrective action up to and including discharge. No employee will be subject to corrective action for reporting a health or safety problem.
