Employees of Contractor. Workers’ Compensation: The Contractor understands and agrees that all persons furnishing services to the Commission pursuant to this Contract are, for the purposes of Workers' Compensation liability, employees solely of the Contractor. Contractor shall bear sole responsibility and liability for providing Workers' Compensation benefits to any person for injuries arising from an accident connected with services provided to the Commission under this Contract.
