Employee Clothing and Physical Appearance Requirements. Employee shall wear clothing that is appropriate for the particular Position and shall maintain a physical appearance that will not endanger themselves, in accordance with the appropriate Administrative Procedure and Policy. City may provide uniform shirts for Employee depending on Employee’s Position.

Employee Clothing and Physical Appearance Requirements. Union agrees that Employees shall wear clothing that is appropriate for their particular job assignments and shall maintain their physical appearance in a manner which will not endanger their person, in accordance with City’s AP&P No. 13-29.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions:

  • Subcontractor Insurance Requirements Consultant shall require each of its subcontractors that perform Services under this Agreement to maintain insurance coverage that meets all of the requirements of this Section.

  • County Review and Approval of Insurance Requirements The County reserves the right to review and adjust the Required Insurance provisions, conditioned upon County’s determination of changes in risk exposures.

  • Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the Judicial Council. The Contractor may also be required to have the Judicial Council shown as an additional insured on selected policies.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS The undersigned (authorized official signing for the contracting organization) certifies that the contractor will, or will continue to, provide a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76 by:

  • VOLUNTEERS AND STUDENT WORKERS The Employer will utilize volunteers and student workers only to the extent they supplement and do not supplant bargaining unit employees. Volunteers and student workers will not supervise bargaining unit employees.

  • Insurance and Fingerprint Requirements Information Insurance If applicable and your staff will be on TIPS member premises for delivery, training or installation etc. and/or with an automobile, you must carry automobile insurance as required by law.   • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • New Hire Orientation The Union’s Business Representative or designee shall be given the opportunity to make a membership presentation at the employer’s regularly scheduled new employee orientation sessions.
