Email Messages. If you have questions concerning the use of the Service, you may send your questions to the Bank and receive answers to your questions from the Bank through your email service (“Email”). Email should not be used if you have questions about your accounts, if you discover an account error or if you believe someone else may have access to your password. If you need to contact the Bank immediately because you have questions about your accounts, or about transfers and payments to and from your deposit and credit accounts, please call the Bank immediately at 217-568-7311. Under no circumstances will a Bank employee request your username or password via the Internet, Email or by any other means. DO NOT respond to such a request even if the individual claims to represent the Bank and you should not send confidential information via the Internet or Email.

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.
