Common use of Eligibility Membership Clause in Contracts

Eligibility Membership. All permanent employees of the School Department of the Town of Stoneham who are also teachers within the bargaining unit (Unit A) covered by Stoneham Teachers Association collective bargaining agreement are eligible to participate in the SLB.

However, a professional employee covered by this agreement must complete one full school year of employment to be eligible to make a request of the SLB.
