Common use of Eligibility for Employment Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Employment. The consultant/contractor agrees to provide appropriate documentation certifying eligibility for employment based on the United States Department of Justice--Immigration and Naturalization Service requirement and compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act, Section 71-11-1, et seq. of the Mississippi Code Annotated. [The appropriate documentation must be provided prior to or at the time the consultant/contractor submits the signed contract.]
