Eligibility and Verification. Individuals with an Account at Great Southern Bank, and who own an External Account at another financial institution, are eligible to enroll for the External Transfer Service. Enrollments are subject to review and approval. Other restrictions and eligibility requirements may apply as described in this Agreement or other disclosures. Note that your External Account may be subject to transaction limitations. You authorize us, directly or through third parties, to take any steps we consider necessary to verify that you own the External Account and we may require additional verification of your ownership of any External Account by any reasonable method at any time. This may include asking you for further information, requiring you to take steps to confirm ownership of your External Account, ordering a credit report and verifying your information against third party databases or through other sources.

Eligibility and Verification. To enroll, you must be 18 years of age or older and maintain an eligible bank account that can be used to perform ACH transfers. If your bank account is closed, you may not use Hero Pay.
