Eligibility and Purpose of Leave. All TEACHERS who have been employed by the District for one full school year shall be eligible for unpaid Family Medical Leave. Family Medical Leave shall include leaves for the TEACHER’S own serious health condition, for the birth and care of the TEACHER’S newborn child, placement with the TEACHER of a child for adoption or xxxxxx care, and for the care of the TEACHER’S child, spouse, or family member with a serious health condition as provided in the Family and Medical Leave Act.
