Eligibility and Allowance. Every employee shall be eligible for paid vacation after six (6) months’ service with the Employer. Employees shall start to earn annual leave allowance as of their date of hire. Annual leave shall be earned by an employee for any month in which the employee is compensated for eighty (80) or more hours of work and the leave shall be prorated to hours worked. Length of Service Annual Amount 0 through 4 years 12 days 5 through 9 years 15 days 10 through 14 years 18 days 15 through 19 years 21 days 20 or more years 24 days
