Elevator Use. Prior to the use of an elevator (if applicable), the elevator must be padded by a BNE Management Group representative. Move in/Move out: Residents moving in/out or within the building must contact the Management Office during normal business hours to schedule the move. Reservation requests should be made as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of an elevator (if applicable). Moves are scheduled on a first come, first-serve basis. Any violation of the Move-in/Move Out policy will result in a $500 fine. Moving Hours: Moving hours are strictly enforced and are limited to one of the following time slots: Monday-Friday: 10:00am-1:30pm Monday- Friday: 2:00pm- 5:30pm Holidays or other days may be designated and changed from time to time by Landlord or its designated representative. Moving is prohibited on Saturdays and Sundays or the following holidays: * New Year's Day * Thanksgiving Eve * President’s Day * Thanksgiving Day * Memorial Day * Day after Thanksgiving * Independence Day * Christmas Eve * Labor Day * Christmas Day * Xxxx Xxxxxxxx * New Year’s Eve * Yom Kippur * New Year’s Day Move-In/Move-Out Fee Schedule: No fees are charged for moves which occur Monday- Friday.

Elevator Use. Any temporary use of an existing elevator shall be by arrangement with the Building Manager and subject to his controls. Suitable and adequate protective covering for the elevator machinery, the hatchway entrances, and the interior of elevator shall be provided during the period of temporary use. Loads in excess of the rated capacity of the elevator will not be permitted. The Government will bear the cost of electric current for the operation of the elevator. On completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove the protective coverings together with any resultant dirt and debris, and leave the equipment in a condition equal to that in which he found it.
Elevator Use. The Lessee shall be permitted to utilize the elevator located in Tower D as well as the Central Stair Tower. The Lessee agrees to remove its debris from the loading dock and keep the loading dock clear at all times.
Elevator Use. The Wheel Chair Lift located on the roof deck is provided for the carriage of disabled guests. All other use is strictly prohibited.

  • Parking Subject to the Rules and Regulations, Tenant’s Invitees are authorized to park not more than the Specified Number of passenger automobiles, at any time, in the unreserved Parking Areas in common with Landlord and other tenants of Landlord’s Property from time to time, on a first come, first served basis. Tenant acknowledges that not all of the Specified Number of spaces are located on Landlord’s Property and agrees that, in order to use the full amount of the Specified Number, Tenant will be required to utilize spaces in the Parking Garage. In the event of a change in the Leasable Square Footage of the Premises, the Specified Number shall be adjusted pursuant to the formula used to calculate the Specified Number as of the date of the Lease. Tenant shall not (a) permit any Invitees of Tenant (other than visitors and guests) to park in spaces designated as “visitor” spaces, (b) permit any Invitees of Tenant to park in spaces designated as “reserved” spaces (unless reserved for Tenant), (c) permit the total number of passenger automobiles parked in the Parking Areas by Invitees of Tenant, at any time, to exceed the Specified Number, and (d) except for delivery trucks using designated loading and unloading facilities, permit any Invitee of Tenant to park any vehicle in the Parking Areas other than passenger automobiles. Landlord may, from time to time, designate one or more spaces as reserved for the exclusive use of one or more of the tenants and/or for Landlord’s Invitees, provided the same shall not materially and adversely affect Tenant’s parking rights hereunder. Subject to the Rules and Regulations, Tenant shall have non-exclusive access to two (2) loading docks located in Xxxxxxxx X, Xxxxx 0, and to the loading dock of the main building (A00).

  • Landlord’s Access Landlord or its agents may enter the Property at all reasonable times to show the Property to potential buyers, investors or tenants or other parties; to do any other act or to inspect and conduct tests in order to monitor Tenant's compliance with all applicable environmental laws and all laws governing the presence and use of Hazardous Material; or for any other purpose Landlord deems necessary. Landlord shall give Tenant prior notice of such entry, except in the case of an emergency. Landlord may place customary "For Sale" or "For Lease" signs on the Property.
