Common use of Elementary School Day Clause in Contracts

Elementary School Day. The regular school day in elementary and kindergarten through grade eight (8) school for assigned teaching, planning and consultation functions shall be seven (7) hours and ten (10) minutes, which shall include a forty- five (45) minute duty-free lunch.
