Common use of Electrical Risk Clause in Contracts

Electrical Risk. When there is electrical risk in the activities of the Supplier, the latter must evaluate and coordinate the management of the electrical risks of each activity for which it is responsible and apply all the necessary measures for the safe execution of the work. The Supplier must comply with all the National Laws and Standards regarding electrical risk protection and/or the standards of good practices required by ENEL, with the preference of using the most restrictive for the benefit of safety.
